If you are unable to access your 1:1 tutorial, here are three possible solutions:
- Check your time zone. Your Calendly invitation will be in the local time zone where you made the booking
- Please check that you have the correct time of the day (AM / PM)
- If you have not received the ZOOM link, please check your SPAM folder. Also, if you have multiple email accounts, please check them all
