If the in-browser recorder is malfunctioning, you have the option to upload an audio file. If there is no Upload option, please 
reset your browser's cache. Then, when prompted for microphone access, press Deny, and the Upload button should now be visible.

If you are still having issues,

  1.  Please try using a different device. We recommend a computer or laptop rather than a phone or tablet.

  2.  To ensure this isn't a hardware issue, please try using a different microphone.

  3.  Make sure you are accessing the site using Google Chrome.
