Our Live Classes and one-on-one tutorials all use the video conferencing platform "Zoom". 

If you are experiencing any issues with Zoom, please do the following:

  1. Make sure you are using a laptop or desktop computer and your Browser is Google Chrome.
  2. Do a Zoom test
  3. If you have any issues, consider downloading zoom and then trying again. It is a small download and it improves the functionality of the app!
  4. If any issues persist, take a screenshot of them
  5. Email us at hello@e2language.com; send us the screenshots along with an explanation of your issues

Please note: if you are residing in the UAE, you do not have access to VOIP and therefore cannot use Zoom. Please see our FAQ on Non-Voip options and if you have any questions, email us at hello@e2language.com.
