If you have finished your test preparation and no longer need our services, or if you have decided you have gotten as much as you can out of your E2Language account, we are of course happy to deactivate/cancel your account. 

Please email our support team at hello@e2language.com and an agent will get on to this as soon as possible. 


If you are unhappy with your account purchase and you would like to deactivate and receive a refund, we will need to assess your history before we can confirm this is possible. If you have used any of the resources you paid for, we would not usually offer a refund, much the same as a retail returns policy won't apply to an item that has been used. However, if you purchased in the last 10 days and have not used any resources, we can offer a refund, minus a USD$30 administration fee.
