You can see your package expiry date if you log in and go to "Student profile" in the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard.
If you would like to extend your package, you can do so by upgrading your account. To do this you only need to pay the difference in price between your current package and the higher package. For more information on upgrading: How do I upgrade?
If you have a Platinum package (purchased/upgraded before 6 January 2020) or a Gold package (purchased/upgraded on/after 6 January 2020), you cannot upgrade your package because this is the highest package. You can extend your course for 2 months for a fee of USD$49. Please contact our support team at email@example.com.
If you have an Express & Feedback account you cannot upgrade because this package is intended for students with no VOIP and it is the highest non-VOIP package. However, you can email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to discuss an extension.
