If you're experiencing issues using the platform or completing the Mini Mock Test, please navigate to the Help tab on the left hand side of your dashboard and click on System Checker.



You might see a pop-up asking permission to use the microphone. Please select Allow. (If you don't see this pop-up, please ensure your pop-up blocker is disabled.)




Firstly, you'll test your video. Press the play button. If you are able to watch, please press Yes. If you cannot watch it, press No and click on the link provided to troubleshoot.




Next, you'll test your audio. Ensure the volume on your device is on and turned up and press the play button. If you can hear it, press Yes. If not, press No and contact our Helpdesk by emailing hello@e2language.com




At the bottom of the page, you'll find a list of information about your operating system and browser. Please screenshot this and attach it to any technical inquiries you send to us. This will help us to resolve the issue quickly.
