Within a few minutes of your account creation, you should receive the following email:


If you click on the blue 'ACTIVATE NOW' button, you will see the following page:



You can then click on the red 'Login Now!' button to log in to your new account and begin the exciting journey of being a E2Language student!


If you did not receive any email prompting you to activate your account, we suggest that you check:


1. Whether your email address has been entered correctly when you signed up

2. Your junk/spam folder in your email inbox


If you have tried everything and are still unable to activate your account, please email our helpdesk at hello@e2language.com


Note: When you upgrade your package or make a switch to a different test (e.g. from PTE to IELTS) , there will be no need to activate your account again.
