As of March 18 2020, our packages have the following validity periods:


Express: 6 months

Express+: 6 months

Writing Intensive: 6 months

Speaking Intensive: 6 months

Bronze: 12 months

Silver: 12 months

Gold: 12 months


These validity periods have been extended as a response to the virus hitting us worldwide; we are aware that many tests are being cancelled and so you may need to have access to your account for longer!


All accounts active as of 18 March 2020 have been automatically updated with the number of months remaining to match the new validity periods. If you have questions or concerns about this, please contact our support team on hello@e2language.com
